Due to the nature of the products, we don't accept any returns.
If there are any issues you can contact us at support@smugaf.com.au, quote your order number and the issue that has occurred for us to review.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Policy

How will my Smug be delivered?

We ship all orders with Australia Post.

What are the delivery times?

It can be hard to wait for a coveted item... we fulfill the orders immediately and then we are in the hands of Australia Post. It can take 3-5 business days for metro deliveries, or 5-10 for regional. Tracking information will be included in your email so you can keep an eye on that precious cargo ;-)

What if my delivery takes more than 10 days?

Please contact us via support@smugaf.com.au. Unless the products were on pre-order (see below), there may be an issue we will investigate and be in touch with a resolution.

How do I track my package?

You should have received a tracking link in your order confirmation email which you can click to check on progress. It will take you to the Australia Post website and show an ETA. If you’re wanting to chase things up, there is information on there to get in touch direct. If there’s simply no tracking info, send us an email with your order number and we’ll see what we can do to chase things up on our end.  

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are included in every delivery over $75 no matter where you live in Australia. Orders under $75 will incur a $9.90 flat rate delivery charge.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver Smug anywhere within Australia. For shirts, we have set up fulfilment for Australia, NZ, UK and USA - please choose the shirt labelled for your market.

Can I return my order?

We think you're going to love your Smug. All products intended for consumption are non-refundable and we do not accept returns.

Can I do a mixed case?

We have plans afoot for this so please keep an eye on our socials and your inbox.

Something’s missing from my order?

Oops sorry about that, please send an email to support@smugaf.com.au include your order number, details about what's missing and we will be in touch.

What happens when I pre order a product?

A pre-order is a confirmed order for product that is yet to be launched - you are guaranteeing that you'll be the first to try it. Your product will be shipped as soon as the inventory hits the warehouse. We will keep you updated each week with information about delivery.

How can I try Smug before buying a 6 or 24 pack?

Initially Smug will only be available in these pack sizes on our website. We are working hard to build a list of stockists around the country. Keep an eye out for stockists in your area - we will share updates as soon as they become available.

I’ve place my order, but my shipping or other details are incorrect. How can I correct this?

Please email support@smugaf.com.au immediately with your order number, and the correct details and we will try to resolve it before it is dispatched.

Has my order gone through?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. If you have been charged for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, get in touch with us at support@smugaf.com.au just in case you have accidentally added an incorrect email address.

Please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder first.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items once your order has been placed. If you wish to exchange an item in your order please email through your order number, and the details of what you’d like changed, to support@smugaf.com.au and we will try to accommodate your request before your order has been dispatched.

This Privacy Policy describes how smugaf.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
