Can I return my order?

Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Once a can leaves our warehouse, we can’t guarantee its quality if it’s returned — and we’d never resell a product that’s been out in the wild.

That said, we want every customer to love their non-alcoholic cocktails as much as we do.
If you’re unhappy for any reason, please send us an email at support@smugaf.com.au
 and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

What if my drinks arrive damaged?

Oh no! We do our best to pack your order safely, but accidents happen.
If your non-alcoholic margaritas or other drinks arrive damaged, just:

Take a clear photo of the damage.

Email it to support@smugaf.com.au
 with your order number.

We’ll send out replacement drinks ASAP — no need to return the damaged cans.

What if something is missing or incorrect?

Our warehouse team is pretty amazing, but they’re still human (and occasionally miss a can or two).
If something’s missing or you received the wrong item:

Snap a quick photo of what arrived.

Send it to support@smugaf.com.au
 along with your order number.

We’ll fix it up fast — with replacements on the way at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference, but if there’s an issue with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), we’ll always make it right.

Who pays for replacement shipping?

If a replacement is needed because of damage or an error, Smug AF covers the cost of the replacement shipping — no questions asked.

However, if your order was returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the post office or an incorrect address was entered, the customer will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
