How long will my order take to ship?

We know you’re thirsty, so we don’t mess around.
All Smug AF non-alcoholic drinks are packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 2–3 business days of ordering.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link automatically via email — so you can follow your mocktails all the way to your fridge.

Who do you ship with?

We use multiple trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible, depending on where you live.
Shipping times vary by state, and rural areas may take a little longer to reach.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship Australia-wide only — from Bondi to Broome and everywhere in between.
(We’re working on international shipping, but for now, Smug AF is staying local.)

Holiday & Peak Season Deliveries

The holiday season is our busiest time of year (because everyone suddenly remembers hangovers are overrated).
We always recommend ordering early — once your order is in the hands of the delivery gods, it’s officially out of our control.

If you’re planning to stock up on non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, or alcohol-free drinks for Christmas or New Year, get in early to avoid delays.

Pre-Orders & Delays

Sometimes we run limited releases or pre-sales (because when you’re chasing new flavours like our Smoky Chilli Margarita or Coconut Mojito, patience is a virtue).
If your order includes a pre-order or out-of-stock item, your delivery might be delayed until everything’s ready to ship together.

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated via email.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking link.
If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few days, check your spam folder — or reach out to us at support@smugaf.com.au
 and we’ll resend it.

Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the post office or an incorrect address was entered, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost for us to send it again.

So please double-check those details before hitting checkout — we’d hate for your drinks to go on a round trip without you.
